It is reasonably priced. It is gorgeous place to stay, the food is outstanding, and location is perfect in a nice residential area in Colombo. Every staff member is amazingly nice and accommodating and strives to meet your needs...

The location was ideal, very close to malls and tourist spots. the Italian restaurant and public areas were great. - the budget deluxe queen room had a nicely decorated bed and a balcony.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond, and our spacious room had all the essentials like a key card, a desk, and satellite TV.

Location: the hotel was just off tang's Chinese restaurant and a nearby shop. I had coffee at Cafe Shaze, located within 10 minutes walk.

We had an amazing stay at this centrally located hotel. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations of places to see and eat nearby. We loved that it was just a short walk to the coast but also not far from city attractions. the room was clean and well-designed, with comfortable beds and a hygienic bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was spacious. We also enjoyed being right opposite a famous Chinese restaurant and having many nearby options for food.

Loved staying at this place which had a fabulous location close to the city center, the ocean, and good restaurants.

Friendly staff that helped us store our luggage before check-in and kept our rooms clean. the complementary breakfast was a great start to the day, and we enjoyed the location as it was close to everything we wanted to see.

On our last night, we had some scary incidents where people tried to break into our room multiple times. We didn't feel safe and despite calling the owners multiple times that night, they didn't answer nor call back.

I had an amazing stay at Nivasa! The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to accommodate my friends who needed an additional bed. Despite a small hiccup with the room key, the guard at the reception saved the day with a big smile. The assistant manager cooked me a delicious Sri Lankan dinner, adding a personal touch to my experience. I highly recommend this place for its attention to detail and warm hospitality.
